Day 13 Kuma’s FIP Journey

I went surfing, had much fun

0600 Keppra Isao gave

Returned home to nuclear kitteh!

Kuma had a follow-up apt with Dr. Lair today.

Requested to touch up shaved runways for injections and fuzzy balls/peepee.

Requested more Neurontin (given, a larger volume)

Requested kidney labs (chem panel), performed, will attach a photo, MUCH IMPROVEMENTS.

Kuma has been peeing a whole bunch on the prednisolone but there are anecdotal reports of cats being cured of FIP only to have kidney failure and have to be silenced at the end of the whole ordeal, that is NOT happening on my watch!!!!

His globulins are down 1.8 points!!!!!!  He’s dropped from 6.7 to 4.9!!!!!!!  that’s a major FIP marker much improved, we’re very happy!!!!!!

His kidneys are in good shape, so the urination is 2ndary to the prednisolone.

We had trivia tonight, so the med regimen was totally different.

Returned home around 2200.
