Day 71 Kuma’s FIP Journey
I slept in, and slept like a log honestly.

Up and at ‘em, 0730 LOL
Kuma is totally out of control, like any toddler, once we walk, WE RUN!!!!!
I don’t know how we keep weight on this animal as much as he runs EVERYWHERE!!!!
UT plays UT Martin today at 0900 for homecoming, GO VOLS!!!!
Kuma is totally obnoxious!!!!
We hung out today while Isao baked bread and I listened to the UT game.
What a rout! We were up 50+ points at the half so we put in the bench to get them some experience. UT Martin scored on them, but the final was 65-24, a great homecoming
We went shopping for supplies for bottling 2 beers we brewed, did weekly shopping, and had a good lunch.
Home to sleepy Kuma.

We bottled beer until 1630, both our bodies are hurting, we’re walking around like old people LOL
Dinner
Watched YT
1900 0.1mL Neurontin
More YT
Watched Midnight Kitchen, a great show, on Netflix
2100 Capella administration
W: 5.54 a weight loss, but still good for 1.7mL
T: 100.8F
D: 1.7mL
Position 3, L rear flank, a bad spot now, there is some lumpiness in the area and it’s quite hard to get a big enough tent
Pre-injection skin prep: same
Tent: poor, not deep enough in my opinion
Needle insertion: good, deep
Med administration: smooth, but the volume is too painful for this area now, Kuma screamed , I almost cried
Needle withdrawal: smooth, no leaks, a tiny spot of blood
Tent bounced while Kuma growl-chewed-ate his CHURU!!!
WE WILL BE AVOIDING AREAS 3 AND 6 UNTIL OBSERVATION. The tents are just too small to accommodate the amount of fluid now
Post-injection skin prep during CHURU. Soapy towel, freshwater rinse x4, and pat dry.
Many kisses and apologies, no more growling, the CHURU cured all
Off to play!
