Day 77 Kuma’s FIP Journey

Day 77 Kuma’s FIP Journey

I went surfing, so was out the door at 0515

The surf was fun, my shoulders did NOT want to comply with paddling Baby this morning, but I got about 6-7 little waves 

Dropped off the sleep testing machine, and will wait for the results

Trader Joes run on the way home

Isao made me a shake for breakfast.

Kuma was being an asshole again LOL, but Isao locked Cici out of the bedroom so there wouldn’t be any more bathroom mistakes.

I did find a Cici-shit in the box in the kitchen, so Kuma must have been pestering someone else.

We’re letting everyone feed off of everyone’s plate now, Kuma is keeping his weight steady, and gains in spurts.

We’re currently stalled at 5.76lbs and that’s ok.

I played D2R for a while today, trying to grind these toons up

Took a break, and watched some YT

1400 Keppra

Kuma slept the day away, almost until 2000

Have to pick up the laser today from Carl

Out the door 1645

Back to house 1715

Dinner

YT and then ANDOR!!

More YT

1900 Neurontin 0.1mL

More YT

Had to re-shave Kuma’s runways

2100 Capella administration

W:  5.76lbs

T:  none

D:  1.7mL

Position 3, L rear flank

Pre-injection skin prep:  same

Tent:  good, Isao gave me some good flesh to work with with a gentle push from the rear

Needle insertion:  good, deep in the tent

Med administration:  smooth, some yowling at the end

Needle withdrawal:  good, but a small leak, quickly handled with tent bouncing and simultaneous skin cleaning and CHURU!!!!

Post-injection skin prep:  soapy towel with freshwater rinse x 4, really soaked him LOL, had to blow dry the fur.

No evidence of a further leak

OFF TO PLAY!!!!

2200 Keppra

I just ordered what I hope are the last 3 vials of the Capella that we will NEVER need.

With 6 more days of injections to go, I think I have enough, but the 3 vials is insurance, just in case, GOD FORBID, he relapses.

The treatment journey is almost over, then begins the nail-biting of observation.

Cross your fingers people!!!!

A good day 
