Day 91 Kuma’s FIP Journey
0600 Keppra, the only dose today
Called in sick today, made sick call
Chillin’
Kuma is totally obnoxious, I had to put him in the office a few times just to give everyone a break from his attacks LOL.
Played D2R on the druid today, getting him above 70 now, face-rolling bosses, this game is finally fun LOL
Off to fetch the laser from Carl
Early, got laser around 1645, home
Home to leftover sukiyaki for beef bowls, YUM!!!
Watched some YT
1900 Neurontin 0.1mL
Then watched Untold: The race of the century, the story about AusII beating Liberty (AC racing).
What a great movie/documentary!!!!!
2000 time to feed the herd
2100 Capella administration
W: 6.26lbs, BIG weight gain, he leap-frogged the 1.9mL boundary.
T: none
D: 1.9mL
Position L mid flank, surprisingly hard tonight
Pre-injection skin prep: same
Tent: VERY difficult to find on this side…..the skin is quite tight to his sides on this side. This is made much more difficult as he has figured out that he can lie more on his R side and slump against Isao’s arm, making it very hard to control his positioning.
Needle insertion: 1st attempt: needle in, but much yowling, I pushed a bit of med, but met resistance, withdrew the needle, and re-attempted.
Needle insertion: 2nd attempt: after much manipulation, finally found a good tent, but Isao only had the scruff, the hind legs were free and he was able to kick me a bit.
Med administration: difficult, Kuma was held still by the scruff, but his hind legs were a bit mobile.
Needle withdrawal: smooth, NO leaks, by some MIRACLE of God.
Tent bouncing, post-injection skin prep, and CHURU!!!!
Off to play
Bedtime early tonight, everyone is spent.
A good day
